In "traditional" coaching sessions, the behaviour of the Coachee is in focus.
Systemical Coaching works different with a wider view on the system(s) the coachee is acting in.

E.g. a teacher (the Coachee) working at a school will describe its main working system as the classroom. But she/he is also a part of the teachers board. Additionally the leaders of the school are also a part of the whole system that "surrounds" the Coachee.
If a competition among the teachers to become "the most liked teacher" is going on there, the effect of this could be that a teacher put a lot of effort / power into her/his classroom and the students react on that. The result could be a negative working atmosphere and rebelious students. So a behaivior shown up in one system could be "caused" in another system.

Systemical Coaching is also useful to develop a organisation itself, it could be used in team sessions and in leadership training. It shows up more possibilities to work with and give holistic view at the system.

As a Coach you should be careful to use it, because the complexity could bring you eassily into troubles if you are not experienced in guiding group-dynamic processes.

Therefore we recommend to use Systemical Coaching in 1:1 settings for starters and in team/organizational for advanced Coaches.
