Five meetings/workshops were held during project lifetime.

Kick off meeting - Reykjavík,Iceland. 28th of November - 2nd of December 2012

The main theme of the kick-off meeting was to get to know each other and what expectations the partners had to the project outcome. We discussed practical issues concerning the meetings and laid the framework of coaching methods for future meetings. Before the meeting, each partner had filled in a form listing the inhouse experience of coaching methods and this was used to draw up a thematic framework of coaching methods to be presented and practiced at other meetings. The cultural program included a visit to the Blue Lagoon, a pool of geothermal seawater surrounded by lava, located in the Reykjanes peninsula.
